Pepstar | Beats & Bars [2014]: SBTV

Pepstar dropped by SBTV once more to deliver another epic Beats & Bars freestyle session. The uber talented young artist created an on the spot banger there and then and proceeded to lace the beat with lyrical fire. Pepstar lays the beat down and an infectious looped synth, comes in with the vocals and layers up the beats with intricate bass riffs, strings and keys. How Pepstar keeps his concentration whilst piecing together such good improvised music is very impressive, the bars don’t suffer either as Pep keeps the wordplay on point with great punchlines like “two taps at your door, now let that sink in”, showing his crazy pensmanship too.
